Groupers we caught in a crab pot off Little Cayman
The Groupers! Not one but two within a half hour! Ate one, the let the other one go. We caught these in a crab/lobster trap baited with conch. What we didn't know was that Grouper's have really big, hard heads that take up at least 1/3 of the body. Good eating though. Wish I had some Grouper meat in the freezer...
