Tortola, BVI

We are in Road Town, Tortola, BVI
I had Bruce's passport and he couldn't get to Tortola from St. Thomas without it.  Fortunately I was flying in the next day and an awesome Customs Agent who walked me through all the steps to get him a ticket from St. Thomas to Tortola without a passport using his personal phone.  Many thanks and hugs to all the great people here who helped me get Bruce out of STT to Tortola without his passport in hand!!!
I haven't pulled an all-nighter for 40 some years.  It been 36 hours with a 2 hour nap.  Guess I haven't lost it yet.
Yea.

Elusive mountain lion returns

This was taken 2 days ago.  You can clearly see the cat paw prints in the snow.
This evening I was out on the deck looking at the prints in the snow and saw a couple extra in the path.
I think this cat has returned.
Critter cam didn't pick up anything so I have to adjust the timer.  It would be awesome to have a winter picture of a big cat!

Bruce is on his way to Tortola.  I follow tomorrow with extra camera batteries!

Edgar the snow angel elf

He's so happy he's going home to Santa tonight and getting away from those Anderson people.  He's going to request a re-assignment next year!

OMG!

First, these people fed me to a large lizard, left me out in the snow and now they have me in the wood pile for the fireplace.  I don't know if I'm going to survive 3 more days!!!
I need a new family to watch over!

Door was locked!

We found Edgar patiently waiting to get back inside this morning.
Baby, it was cold last night!

I got stuck!

Edgar wanted to get most of the way down but his Anderson tummy got in the way!
Edgar says he'll find a better place tomorrow night.

Meet Edgar

This is our elf on the shelf, Edgar, named after Bruce's Dad.  I didn't know how Santa got his information about who's naughty or nice; now I know.
Check back to see where he is tomorrow.

We left the boat in Road Town, Tortola for a month.  Until then, watch what Edgar is up to!

In Nanny Cay "key"

Still no new pics because no camera charger.
All is well.  Waiting to find out if the boat can stay here for the month or we  if we have to move.
Minor tropical wave moving through.  Raining and lighting storms.
This is a nice place to stay.
We were six peeps, down to five, down to four and tomorrow down to three.
Told Bruce a hundred times that Jesus was born in a manger because there was no room at the Inn.
Same for the Chicken....if you don't make reservations...there's no room at the Marina!
